Igor Aleksandrovich Tyurin participated in the XVIII Congress of the Party "EDINAYA ROSSIYA" in Moscow

7-8 December 2018 the Deputy of Legislative Assembly of Nizhny Novgorod region, the regional coordinator of the Federal project of Party "EDINAYA ROSSIYA" "The Russian village" Igor Tyurin as a part of the delegation of the region participated in the XVIII Congress of the all-Russian political Party "EDINAYA ROSSIYA" in Moscow.

The Chairman of the party, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and the President Vladimir Putin addressed the plenary session.

The most important question raised during the discussion at the discussion platform "Development of rural areas" is how to make life in rural areas develop, so that young people stay there, not only economic but also social problems are solved.

Today, the agro-industrial sector is showing good results, and we are getting a very high level of harvest. But the social development of the village is lagging behind.

Representatives of the regions noted that currently all the main indicators of life in rural areas are significantly lower than urban ones and everything should be done to change this imbalance and reduce the outflow of population from rural areas, since it is the problem of depopulation of rural areas that is most acute today.

According to Gordeev, the discussion that took place at the site was quite acute. "Representatives of the regions raised a number of issues before the Federal Government, to which we need to respond," he said, adding that it is obvious "there is an urgent need in the near future to adopt a state program for the integrated development of rural areas and ask the country's leadership to make this state program the basis of a new national project." "This opinion was supported by all participants," he stressed.

According to the results of the Congress, Igor Tyurin noted: "Today's XVIII Congress of the "EDINAYA ROSSIYA" Party has set a course for the renewal of the party, openness in society and a clear understanding of the positioning of leadership in modern Russian society.

A fundamentally important issue discussed at the Congress-the construction of the program "Development of rural areas" in the status of the largest national project.

We understand that the party projects discussed at the Congress are the main engine of the country's growth inside, to increase the welfare of our citizens, as well as the positioning in the world as a mighty empire, a country with a strong economy, agriculture, and, most importantly, the political will and unity that is inherent in our Russian people."
